Our Fees
The Change Advisory Group charges clients an annual percentage on all assets under management. Fees are conveniently deducted directly from your investment account. By request, there's also an option to pay billed fees by check. Our fees are paid quarterly in arrears.

President
Lamont Change is the founder and President of The Change Advisory Group, LLC. The path leading to the development of the firm was based on the belief that sound planning leads to great results. In 1997, Mr. Change engaged the services of a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He found those services to be transformational in his personal long-term financial wellbeing. Because of that, he too wanted to assist clients with making efficient, sound financial decisions. Mr. Change is a Fiduciary, always acting in the best interest of his clients.
Mr. Change has more than forty years of experience in the financial services industry. He has been responsible for many leadership roles during his professional career and in his volunteer work. His volunteer responsibilities include serving as the President of the Seminary Consortium of Public Education Foundation, member of the Goodman Theatre Board of Trustees, where he formerly served as the Chair of its Investment Committee. He is also a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow.
Mr. Change has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from DePaul University, where he received the Outstanding Alumni Award. Mr. Change holds the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.
Imani Change
Managing Director
Imani Change joined The Change Advisory Group as a Managing Director in 2022. She is responsible for implementing new operational systems, service offerings, and products to enhance the client experience. Imani brings her passion for going above and beyond to the clients of the Change Advisory Group through problem solving, increasing efficiency, and driving financial growth.
Imani’s expertise lies in operations and project management with proven initiatives that saved her organization over $16 million per annum.
Previously, Imani was a Site Leader at Amazon with over 7 years of experience in operations leadership. She held the responsibility of leading robotics fulfillment centers within the United Kingdom that processed over 7.2 million units per week, leading large organizations with over 2,600 employees across departments – including Operations, Finance, Quality, and more.
Imani has shown a commitment for building equitable environments, whether through her launch of Amazon's Black Employee Network for UK Operations, reaching over 250 employees, or building mechanisms that drive diversity and inclusion in the hiring space. She has also been involved as a volunteer reading tutor for elementary school children.
Nauje Change
Managing Director
As long as she can remember, Nauje Change has had a passion for occasions where creative and analytical thinking meet. Her love of left and right brain thinking initially led her to a career in advertising. Through her strategic, yet imaginative thinking, Nauje played a role in several wins for brands that include COVERGIRL, Pantene and Coca-Cola.
In 2018, Nauje joined our firm as Managing Director. She continues to tap into her professional experience, inventive perspective and inquisitive thinking to enhance your client experience with
